Our Head Office is based in Central London, and we also have Area Managers located across the country in key cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Edinburgh and Cardiff to name but a few.
Having Area Managers ‘on the ground’ in the different regions allows us to be more proactive and accessible to our clients. It means we can rapidly organise recruitment roadshows, brand immersion and team training sessions and mentor our teams of temporary staff on-site at their place of work.
It also ensures that we have a good understanding of the potential talent pool in each city, are aware of any recruitment challenges and already have in place solid processes at a local level.
