The role

We’re looking for a proven Managing and Sales Director to launch this new brand and the company’s first product. You will establish key sale channels for rapid scale-up in the UK and high-growth international markets. The company seeks a forward-thinking, strategic-minded executive with deep relationships.

The MD will drive the overall sales and marketing strategy and operations, with full P&L responsibility, developing and driving top and bottom-line goals and results while maintaining and enhancing brand equity. The MD will have deep relationships with global distribution channels, with a track record of raising capital and delivering multimillion-pound strategic partnerships.

How you’ll dazzle us

To succeed in this role you’ll have a proven successful track record of growing a beauty and wellness brand, raising capital and creating high-growth strategic partnerships with distributors. You must be able to manage a P&L and have 10+ years of beauty industry experience, as well as proven experience in Sales and Retail Marketing and strong experience in the UK and International Distribution and Luxury Retail. You’ll also be expected to have a proven record in dramatically driving top-line and profitability growth and track record of creative thinking in driving the business

The perfect candidate will have strong communication skills, showing the ability to clearly articulate regional needs and combine collaborative and inclusive style with agile decision-making. Communicating a clear framework of strategic priorities will be fundamental to the role.

We’re looking for a passionate, strong leader of people and transformation. You have proven abilities and team spirit, and can energise culture and drive the business at pace. You must be able to be hands-on and have strategic and analytical capability.

Willingness to travel is essential. You must have a great passion and knowledge of the beauty/skincare sector.
