Marketing Director

We are looking for a charismatic and highly innovative new Marketing Director to join a globally-renowned luxury skincare client based in London (W1).

The role

As Marketing Director, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and objectives, utilising both online and offline channels.
• Leverage your extensive experience in the luxury skincare sector to enhance brand visibility and recognition within major luxury retailers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that encompasses trade, social media, digital, and ecommerce.
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions, driving commercial success and growth.
• Inspire and lead a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-oriented performance.
• Manage budgets effectively while maximising ROI on all marketing campaigns.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for someone with a proven background in luxury skincare marketing, with experience working with recognisable brands, as well as experience in all areas of marketing, including trade, social media, digital, and ecommerce.

You will have demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies across various platforms and have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury retail landscape. You’ll have exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
